Product Description
The "HLeveller" is made in New Zealand by Hansen Products and has proven to be the most reliable differential float valve that we can find. We have been selling the HLeveller for many years and it is our preferred differential float valve due to its easy installation, reliable operation and robust design, we very rarely have an issue with the HLeveller valves. Suitable for any sized tank and designed to prevent supply pumps cycling on and off, the HLeveller will provide many years of reliable service. We supply the HLeveller with 32, 40 and 50mm adaptors, we also recommend using a Hansen tank flange adaptor of your chosen size if the HLeveller needs to be fitted to a tank without a tank flange adaptor. The HLeveller is capable of an amazingly high flow rate depending on pressure, at only 100 kPa or 14 psi the HLeveller will allow more than 400 litres per minute to pass through and, at the maximum pressure of 1,200 kPa it allows a flow rate of 1,275 litres per minute through.
Sequence of Operation: The HLeveller opens when the water level in the tank falls to the bottom of the bottom float/ball level, this additional weight on the valve opens the valve, opening of the valve causes a pressure drop in the supply pipe, the pressure drop causes the pressure switch or controller to turn the pump on, the pump turns on and water goes into the tank through the HLeveller, when the water level in the tank reaches the high point, the HLeveller valve closes, the pressure in the pipe builds up and, the pressure switch or controller turns the pump off.
