At last Hansen NZ have manufactured a completely UV stable, Nyglass ball valve that is able to withstand operating pressures to 1,600 kPa at 20 degrees C, is actually a FULL BORE polypropylene ball so you don't have any restriction and, it is approved for use with potable water to AS/NZS 4020 standard. Suitable for use with potable water, dam or river water, creek water, tank water and even treated water. Not suitable for use with chlorinated pool water. Hansen ball valves are "Frost Friendly" as you would expect from a New Zealand made valve but we still recommend that they be protected in freezing conditions. This is the 32mm or 1 1/4" BSP version.
