Rapid Armour Plates are vulcanised so they can never fall out!
Locking Washer Plate: T316 stainless steel locks into position for easy tightening of nuts.
Bolt Receivers: T316 stainless steel, MIG welded to the receiver bar and fully passivated. Leading edge is rounded to permit the locking washer plate to easily slide into position.
Shell: T316 stainless steel.
Bolts: T316 stainless steel, threaded rolled for strength and Teflon coated to prevent galling. Bolts are MIG welded to the receiver bar and fully passivated.
Nuts: T316 stainless steel.
Receiver Bars: T316 stainless steel. TIG welded to the shell to form a strong fusion and fully passivated.
Gasket: Made to ASTM D 2240 the rubber is specially formulated for water service and has antioxidant/antizononant agents to increase shelf life.
Armour: T316 stainless steel, heavy gauge, vulcanised into the gasket to provide a perfect fit and to prevent it from ever falling out.
