Cartage Tanks

Our cartage tanks are designed for use on the back of a truck or trailer, or, as a free standing tank.   All tanks are manufactured from strong food grade polyethylene and have an integral baffle.   Additional freight will apply to cartage tanks depending on your delivery location.

	Baffle Balls for any cartage tank - 7Litres and 195mm Diameter This has got to be one of the most important and economical products that we sell.   The "Small Baffle Balls" are placed inside the cartage tank at a rate of 1 ball per 7 litres of tank capacity and they dramatically reduce liquid surge when the vehicle is in motion which in turn improves load stability and generally makes things much safer for the driver.   Each baffle ball displaces 150 millilitres of liquid and only wighs 120g so if your tank is 1,000 Litres, you will need 140 baffle balls.   Manufactured from food grade polypropylene, they are of course suitable for use with potable (drinking) water and many other liquids including diesel and petrol.   Baffle balls are supplied in halves and must be clicked together and inserted into the tank - these large balls are 195mm diameter.
