	Fire-Fighting - 4 Stroke Honda GX25 Engine with Aluminium Koshin Pump This is a fantastic small size pump with a really big heart and a 4-stroke engine!   The actual "Pump Wet End" is manufactured by Koshin in Japan and the motor is by Honda so you know that you are buying quality.   The pump end is heavy duty cast aluminium and it will withstand the rough and tumble of everyday work.   The 4-stroke GX25 engine is easy to start and everything is mounted on a sturdy base frame ready for work.   This pump is ideal for pumping diesel fuel, water for irrigation and, of course as a small fire fighting pump.   The fuel tank hold 0.7L and this is sufficient for about 1 hour of operation.   The pump is capable of a flow of 110 litres per minute at 10m of head or, 65 litres per minute at 25m of head so it really does provide a working flow.   Perfect as a light weight pump for fighting spot fires. 	High Flow & High Pressure Fire & Transfer Pump - 6.0 hp Mitsubishi Engine with Cast Aluminium Koshin Pump This is the ultimate petrol engine fire fighting and transfer pump with all of the attributes of both low and high head pumps in a single unit.   The 6.0 hp Mitsubishi GM182 petrol motor has been coupled to a heavy duty cast aluminium "Koshin" pump that is capable of an absolute maximum flow of 500 litres per minute and an absolute maximum head of 90m.   This unit will provide a flow of 400 litres per minute at 18m of head, 300 litres per minute at 35m of head, 250 litres per minute at 45m of head or, 150 litres per minute at 65m of head making it the most versatile and usefull pump available in the market.   This pump comes with a 50mm male BSP inlet, 2 x 25mm male BSP outlets plus, a 50mm male BSP outlet and a bonues steel roll frame with rubber mounting feet. 	38mm Brass Fire Nozzle with Rubber Ring The daddy of all brass fire nozzles, this 38mm unit is solid brass with NBR sealing rings and knock ring around the outside.   The brass fire nozzles will operate at pressures to 1,600 kPa and can be easily adjusted to produce a stream from a jet to a rain curtain with a twist of the rubber knock ring.   Suitable for fire fighting, washdown and any other application where a high quality nozzle is required.   The minimum operating flow for this nozzles is 100 Litres per minute. 	Fire Nozzle, 2" Male BSP with Level ball valve This is an aluminium fire nozzle with lever ball valve and a 2" male BSP inlet thread.   The unit has a 14m range at 450 kPa and using the "Jet" setting, puts out 160 L/minute.   If using the "Spray" setting the flow is 140 L/min at 450 kPa making this an extremely versatile fire-fighting nozzle indead.   We recommend using 38mm fire hose and either a single or twin impeller fire-fighting pump with this nozzle for peak performance. 	Brass and Copper Fire Nozzle with 38mm inlet and 12mm nozzle (370mm Long) This is a real fire nozzle with 38mm female BSP inlet and 12mm brass nozzle with a copper flute.   This is perfect for use with 38 or 40mm layflat hose as a fire fighting nozzle and it puts out 164 L/Min @ 300 kPa, 190 L/Min @ 400 kPa and, 212 L/Min @ 500 kPa, pressure is at the nozzle.   We recommend that you also buy a 40mm nipple, 40mm nyglass ball valve and then a hose tail to connect to your hose. 	Brass and Copper Fire Nozzle with 50mm inlet and 16mm nozzle (450mm Long) This is a real fire nozzle with 50mm female BSP inlet and 16mm brass nozzle with a copper flute.   This is perfect for use with 50mm layflat hose as a fire fighting nozzle and it puts out 292 L/Min @ 300 kPa, 338 L/Min @ 400 kPa and, 378 L/Min @ 500 kPa, pressure is at the nozzle.   We recommend that you also buy a 50mm nipple, 50mm nyglass ball valve and then a hose tail to connect to your hose. 	Pink Teflon Plumbers Tape for thread sealing without leaks Our pink teflon plumbers tape is manufactured by Fedseal and is definitely a far superior product to all of those very thin white tapes.   "Teflon 002" is manufactured to a very high standard and so it is of uniform size and thickness over the complete roll.   With a thickness of 0.1mm it is up to 3 times thicker than some cheaper white versions on the market.   "Teflon 002" should be used on all Nyglass, stainless steel, brass, cast iron, aluminium, gunmetal, ductile iron, pvc and most other BSP style threads.   "Teflon 002" on our Hansen range of Nyglass fittings generally only requires 4 or 5 turns of "Teflon 002" to provide a leakproof seal.   Rolls of "Teflon 002" are 12mm wide x 0.1mm thick x 10m long and all of the tape can be used.
