Electronic Retriever Unit for use with GBUG and GTBUG Data Loggers - Australian Made
You only need a single "MEARetriever" unit for use with up to 100 GBUG or GTBUG field data logger units. To pull the soil moisture readings out of your GBUG, you simply turn the Retriever on, tap the GBUG and the internal radio link efficiently "squirts" the data information out of the GBUG and into the Retriever unit. You can read the current recording directly on the Retriever unit as well as being able to download the data onto your PC or laptop. The "Retriever" unit comes with all required software to load onto your PC to allow you to display the data in both table and graph information.
Watermark Monitor, Logger and Probes
This is a very popular unit for single location soil moisture monitoring of up to 7 soil moisture probes and 1 temperature probe. The system comes complete with 7 soil moisture probes and one temperature probe plus the 9v battery powered monitor/logger and, easy to use software for visual graphing of the data. Watermark Sensors - For use with GBUG and Watermark
The Watermark sensor operates on the same principal as the gypsum block, however, the Watermark sensor has a stainless steel (punched) outer cover over a membrane that prevents the fast breakdown of the inner core. These sensors are far superior to the standard gypsum block and will remain operational for 5 - 10 years before replacement.
